Job summary

Sonova, a leading hearing care provider, seeks an IT Business Analyst HR Technology to own global HR applications, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning, LXP and payroll. You will configure, document, test and drive improvements while coordinating with HR stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional training in IT, information management, computer science, business or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or multi-country payroll integration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, application configuration and system integrations.
• Experience with requirements analysis, testing and IT suppliers.
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification or Employee Central knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with sensitive data and business-critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Learning, LXP and Payroll modules, including configuration, documentation, tickets, changes and project activities.
• Maintain the functional roadmap in line with SAP SuccessFactors releases and the SAP-first approach.
• Establish and continuously improve Learning and LXP processes, including curricula, content structures, compliance training and reporting.
• Support the functional side of the payroll landscape, working closely with ADP, local payroll providers and the Global Payroll programme.
• Collaborate with Integration and Security & Architecture teams to ensure effective data flows, access management and data security.
• Act as second deputy for the Platform module, building sufficient knowledge to provide cover when required.
• Analyse requirements, design and configure solutions, coordinate testing and ensure appropriate documentation and validation.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders and Global Process Managers to understand requirements, facilitate workshops and drive decisions.
• Maintain process documentation in SAP Signavio and ensure requirements meet the Definition of Ready.
• Provide second-level support, resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and ensure quality, compliance and security across the assigned modules.

IT Business Analyst HR Technology

Join Sonova’s HR Solutions IT team as IT Business Analyst HR Technology andtake ownership of key global HR applications. You will combine functional expertise, solution design and stakeholder management to deliver scalable and user-focused solutions.

You will own and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Learning, LXP and the global payroll landscape, supporting implementations, configuration, integrations and business process improvements.

A key focus will be developing Learning and LXP as dedicated managed modules and supporting the strategic move towards SAP SuccessFactors, while contributing to the consolidation of the global payroll landscape.
