Zusammenfassung

Sonova Group is seeking a Business Controlling Analyst to partner with the Global Manufacturing Engineering and Operations teams, driving financial insights and performance reviews. You will contribute to budgeting, cost transparency and ERP-driven improvements while collaborating across international stakeholders.

Requires a finance-focused degree and 2–3 years in a similar role, with strong Excel and SAP capabilities; English proficiency and an international mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Good understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations and Engineering stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset with an interest in process improvement.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Confidence working in an international environment.

• Ensure MM/PP processes and value flows are aligned with accounting and reporting principles.

• Support the Internal Control System (ICS) and contribute to Operations and Finance projects.

Business Controlling Analyst - Finance Operations

AsBusiness Controlling Analyst you will act as a finance business partner for our international Global Manufacturing Engineering (GME) organization.In this role, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations, helping the organization understand costs, investments, resources and financial performance. You will transform operational and engineering data into meaningful financial insights, support business decisions, and ensure that engineering activities and projects are appropriately reflected in financial reporting.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering leaders across different locations, Operations management and Finance colleagues, while being part of the global Operations Finance organization with colleagues in Warsaw and other Operations locations worldwide.

More about you :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.

Good understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights.
