Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in gathering and analysing business requirements.
• Knowledge of BPMN and business process modelling.
• Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• English level: C1.
