Job summary

Relout is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the FA Modernization Team in Kraków, Poland. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into clear User Stories and Epics, and supporting the delivery of a new automation product for change tickets, with DevSecOps and dependency management integrations.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, use UML and SQL for analysis, and drive Agile delivery through Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or System-Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Experience creating User Stories and Epics.
• Knowledge of INVEST principles.
• Experience with UML diagrams and SQL.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and refining business and system requirements.
• Translating needs into User Stories and Epics.
• Defining requirements aligned with INVEST.
• Supporting design of ServiceNow/ProTech change ticket automation.
• Analysing integrations related to dependency management and DevSecOps.
• Maintaining models and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Participating in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
