Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Senior IT Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in a Nordic core banking transformation program. You will gather and translate requirements, drive from discovery to handover, and collaborate with multi-country teams across the Nordic banking landscape.

The role requires 5–10 years in senior BA/IT analysis, fluency in English, and experience with banking statements and reporting processes.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
Hands-on experience with statements and reporting solutions.
Professional knowledge of banking statements and reporting processes.
Experience within the banking sector, preferably large international banks.
Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently in complex, large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into Features, User Stories, and functional specifications.
Drive requirements from elicitation to implementation handover.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers, Architects, testers, and product representatives.
Identify and manage dependencies across systems and teams.
Support solution design activities from business and functional perspectives.
Ensure requirement quality and traceability to business objectives.
Onboard quickly into a complex banking environment as a trusted domain expert.
Contribute to statements and reporting-related initiatives within the program.
