UBS Group AG in Kraków is seeking an Investment Corporate & Regulatory Governance Senior Specialist to join the ManCo Delivery team. You will coordinate regulatory reporting, support governance communications, and contribute to multi-jurisdiction governance projects.

You will organize meetings, track actions, and maintain governance records while collaborating with Regulatory, Legal, Tax, Risk, Operations and Business stakeholders. Fluency in English and strong attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in financial services governance & regulatory reporting.
• Academic background in finance or related field.
• Ability to resolve complex queries with attention to detail.
• Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience preparing meeting materials and governance docs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

Would you like to gain more experience in the investment fund industry? Do you have an audit and risk mindset? We’re looking for an Investment Corporate & Regulatory Governance Senior Specialist in Poland to:

• Coordinate regulatory reporting activities and support the preparation of governance-related communications and publications


• Support the delivery and implementation of regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions and Management Companies


• Organize and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and governance forums, including preparation of meeting materials and action tracking


• Monitor project progress, maintain governance records, and ensure timely completion of agreed deliverables


• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Tax, Risk, Operations and Business stakeholders on governance and regulatory matters


• Support corporate governance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes and controls


• Assist with Proxy Voting and Class Actions administration, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities


• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation tracking


• Contribute to ad hoc governance initiatives and other activities performed by the Corporate & Regulatory Governance Team

The team

You will be working in the Corporate & Regulatory Governance Team (ManCo Delivery) in UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. Branch in Poland. The Team is responsible for delivering investment fund-related services to the European Management Companies located in Switzerland and Luxembourg. You will report directly to a local Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

Your Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry - prior experience in governance, regulatory reporting, project coordination or fund services will be an asset


• A relevant academic background, such as a degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field


• Ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner with a careful and exact approach to allocated tasks


• Collaborative personality and clear communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills


• Experience in preparing meeting materials, minutes and governance documentation


• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset


• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills


• Experience working with AI-powered productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot will be an asset


• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
