Job summary

UBS in Kraków, within the Group Finance team at Fabryczna Office Park, seeks a meticulous financial information professional to support regulator reporting and internal management information.

You will prepare daily, monthly and quarterly figures for regulators, collaborate to improve controls, and contribute to projects across Investment Banking and Wealth Management, while coordinating with colleagues in Germany and the UK.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial markets and a strong foundation in financial literacy.
• Well developed analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational, diverse team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• High level of motivation, self direction, and ownership of responsibilities.
• Preferred candidate location: Kraków.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial information for regulators on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls.
• Participate in projects for Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
• Support the preparation management information for internal stakeholders.
• Support colleagues in multiple locations (Germany, UK).
