The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Cracow office weekly. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT service management focusing on Intune, Autopilot, and strong ITIL knowledge, plus fluent Polish and advanced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, with configuration management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the service roadmap for assigned IT services.
• Control and oversee service improvement initiatives to enhance quality.
• Governance over service suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
