Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking an experienced Senior Intune Administrator to deliver user-centric IT services focused on Endpoint Management. You will manage the full lifecycle of IT services, ensuring quality and cost optimization while engaging with stakeholders.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two days in the Cracow office weekly. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT service management focusing on Intune, Autopilot, and strong ITIL knowledge, plus fluent Polish and advanced

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, with configuration management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Intune Administrator to join our team in Cracow. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering user-centric IT services focused on Endpoint Management, aligned with organizational needs and strategy. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned IT services, ensuring quality and cost optimization while engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements. This position offers a hybrid work mode, allowing flexibility in your work environment.

Your tasks

• Preparing and maintaining the service roadmap for assigned IT services
• Controlling and overseeing all service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
• Governance over service suppliers to ensure operational quality and compliance
• Ensuring high-severity incidents are resolved promptly and effectivelyMaintaining service compliance with company policies, standards, and ITSM processes
• Acting as the final authority on all service-related aspects and decisions
• Engaging with stakeholders to provide business-oriented services that meet their needs
• Ensuring user experience is prioritized in the development and improvement of services
• Understanding service architecture and influencing its design to meet organizational goals
• Controlling service costs to support effective budget planning and execution
• Aligning services with the company's strategic objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management with a focus on Microsoft Intune
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, along with configuration management
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
• Proven ability to manage service lifecycle and improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to gather and understand business requirements
• Solid understanding of service architecture and its design implications
• Fluent Polish and advanced level of English
• Working from office in Cracow two times per week
