Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a senior IT administrator to lead the Managed Workstations run operations, focusing on software distribution, SCCM architecture, and endpoint management. You will work with client stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery while driving improvements and maintaining high operational standards.

Required experience includes SCCM/Intune, PowerShell, OS deployment, and strong German & English communication.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience with SCCM and Intune.
Strong SCCM architecture knowledge: site hierarchies, roles, logs, optimization.
Experience with SQL Server installation, maintenance, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall rules, ports, TLS/HTTPS.
Experience in OS deployment (task sequences, Windows ADK, USMT) and lifecycle management.
PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead the Managed Workstations run operations team.
Act as client-facing SME for software distribution, packaging, and SCCM architecture.
Execute and consult on complex changes.
Review and contribute to high-level design documents.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLA/KPI targets.
Identify automation opportunities and evaluate new solutions.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure patching and baselines compliance.
