Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of physical IT infrastructure across retail and workplace environments in Kraków. You will coordinate multiple vendors and ensure locations are technology-ready, balancing hardware, network, and EUC device deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management experience in retail/workplace contexts, strong Meraki deployment knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail, workplace, or similar environments.
• Strong background in delivering physical IT infrastructure (hardware, network, EUC).
• Experience coordinating vendors for installation, logistics and on-site implementation.
• Understanding Meraki deployments, including network commissioning and configuration.
• Ability to manage costs, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Experience with opening/closing or migrating physical sites.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meraki-based network deployments and coordinate remote commissioning.
• Oversee project scope, cost, timeline, risks, dependencies, and vendor performance.
• Lead delivery of physical IT infrastructure across retail and workplace environments.
• Coordinate installation, procurement, logistics, and on-site implementation vendors.
• Ensure site readiness and go-live support for new or existing locations.
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Navigate practical realities of technology rollouts in stores and workplaces.
