Job summary

Bayer in Warsaw is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer for the Employee Platform. You will own integrations end-to-end across the platform, design robust architectures, and contribute to DevOps and transformation initiatives in a global, evolving environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Poland with collaboration across IT, HR, Communications, and external vendors. Minimum monthly gross compensation starts at 15,360 PLN, with final pay based on experience and market alignment.

Qualifications

Senior-level integrations experience with end-to-end ownership.
Strong expertise in Workday integrations.
Ability to work across a broad integration technology landscape.
Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and security concepts (SAML, OAuth).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
Experience in agile / DevOps environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own integrations end-to-end across the Employee Platform (design, build, run).
Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
Design and implement robust integration architectures using modern patterns and technologies.
Build and maintain integrations across the platform landscape.
Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Communications and external vendors.
Drive continuous improvement of integration capabilities, tools, and processes.
Contribute to DevOps practices (automation, monitoring, operations).
