Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, invites an Integrated Systems Technician III to lead complex installations and commissioning of integrated systems across Europe. You will diagnose advanced issues, provide on-site and remote support, and mentor junior staff while engaging with customers and OEMs.

Regular travel and remote work readiness are expected to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes autonomy, problem solving, and building trusted customer relationships in a dynamic marine

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, commissioning, integration or advanced technical support.
• Qualifications in electrical, electronic or integrated systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in remote/field environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting for complex integrated systems.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently.
• Provide onboard and remote technical support to customers and partners.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and OEMs.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex field issues.
• Mentor and support other technicians across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and customer experience.
