Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a technically adept Technical Service Engineer to support European clients with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and training for their advanced online inspection systems.

You will diagnose and repair on-site, report issues to global HQ, and assist in post-sales activities while exploring upgrade opportunities during site visits. Fluency in English and willingness to travel across Europe are required.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with different experience backgrounds; new graduates with a strong technical mindset are welcome.
• College degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation Control, or other engineering disciplines are preferred.
• Practical hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or field technical support is advantageous.
• Willing and available for frequent business travel within the Europe region; strong on-site execution capability and a customer-service mindset.
• Positive personality, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and capable of independently handling on-site technical issues.
• Able to communicate smoothly with global headquarters and overseas teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment at customer premises across Europe.
• Deliver equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training for end customers.
• Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, problem locating, and on-site technical support.
• Timely report field equipment issues and collaborate with global headquarters' technical teams to drive issue resolution and closure.
• Support local project delivery, customer service, and other ad-hoc after-sales assignments as required throughout the Europe region.
• Undertake a minor portion of sales responsibilities by identifying customer needs during site visits to generate upgrades, spare parts, or new equipment opportunities.
