Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or field technical support is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe; strong on-site execution and a customer-service mindset.
• Fluent English communication with global teams and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment across Europe.
• Deliver operator training and basic maintenance training for end users.
• Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, and on-site technical support.
• Report field equipment issues promptly and collaborate with HQ to resolve them.
• Support local project delivery, customer service, and other ad-hoc after-sales tasks across Europe.
• Assist in identifying customer needs during site visits to generate upgrades, spare parts, or new equipment opportunities.

Your core responsibilities include providing hands‑on technical guidance—such as installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training—while undertaking a minor portion of sales responsibilities to drive business development and identify potential opportunities throughout the Europe market.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment at customer premises across Europe.
• Deliver equipment operation training, daily usage guidance, and basic maintenance training for end customers.
• Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, problem locating, and on-site technical support.
• Timely report field equipment issues and collaborate with global headquarters' technical teams to drive issue resolution and closure.
• Support local project delivery, customer service, and other ad-hoc after-sales assignments as required throughout the Europe region.

Requirements
