Ability to lead teams on-site and work independently in remote environments.
Professional English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engine service operations on 2-stroke main engines and auxiliary systems.
Diagnose and solve critical technical failures under real-world conditions.
Act as on-site team leader, coordinating technicians and ensuring efficient execution.
Represent the company towards clients, providing technical guidance and decision-making support.
