Accenture Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Insurance practice in Warsaw. You will enable business analysis, requirements gathering and process design across end-to-end transformation projects for insurance clients in Poland and Europe.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in workshops, support SDLC activities, and contribute to testing, documentation and change management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in Business Analysis or related project roles
• Good understanding of the Polish insurance market, trends and processes
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and test management fundamentals
• Experience in business process analysis and design
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with business and IT
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Polish and English at C1 level or above
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field and full-time availability (Mon–Fri)

Responsabilités

• Conduct business analysis activities including requirements gathering and definition
• Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Design new and improved business processes to meet client needs
• Develop solutions using established methodologies and assets
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate solutions
• Support projects through SDLC from analysis to testing and implementation
• Assist in testing activities and defect management
• Prepare and maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence
