You will partner with subject matter experts to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest in generative AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Experience with adult learning theories and practices.
• Familiarity with GPT-4 or similar LLMs and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design to create engaging, learner-centric experiences for adults.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats like eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure content accessibility and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications for timely execution of learning initiatives.
