Job summary

Lingaro Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences aligned with client objectives. You will develop objectives, outlines, scripts, storyboards, and e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline, collaborating with SMEs and account teams across industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Experience creating objectives, outlines, scripts, and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning with Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Confidence presenting work to clients.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning objectives and course outlines based on client requirements.
• Create engaging scripts, storyboards, and learning content.
• Build and publish e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with account teams, SMEs, and designers throughout project delivery.
• Participate in client discussions and present work when required.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support content creation and production where appropriate.
• Own and present your work during regular client calls, clearly explaining the rationale behind key learning and design decisions.
