Job summary

Lingaro is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences aligned with client objectives. You will define objectives, outlines, scripts, storyboards, and finished e-learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

You will work hands-on across content design and production, collaborating with account teams and SMEs to deliver effective learning for diverse clients and industries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in instructional design or related field.
• Experience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, learning management systems, accessibility considerations, and e-learning quality assurance.

The role

As an Instructional Designer, you will create engaging digital learning experiences that align with client objectives and learner needs. You will be responsible for developing learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and finished e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable moving between content design and course production. You will collaborate with account teams, subject-matter experts, and designers to create effective learning experiences for a variety of clients and industries.

Who you are (must haves):

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, corporate training, or a related field
• Experience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards
• Hands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on production
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Confidence in presenting work to clients when needed
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, learning management systems, accessibility considerations, and e-learning quality assurance

Nice to have:

• Experience with HeyGen for avatar-based learning content
• Experience with Synthesia or similar content-production tools
• Experience using generative AI tools to support learning content development
