Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and optimize data services on Kubernetes across multi-cloud environments. You will enable cloud portability, manage petabyte-scale ingestion, and drive automation to reduce toil.

You will partner with FinOps and engineering teams to balance performance, cost, and reliability while upholding high availability and disaster recovery standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure/DevOps engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Hands-on with self-hosted Kafka and Redis in Kubernetes and operator-based lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals for stateless/stateful workloads.
• Multi-cloud production experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code and GitOps using Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting in Python, Go, or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and own platform data services across Kubernetes and multi-clouds.
• Build automated self-service infrastructure and cloud portability.
• Scale data ingestion to support high throughput with low latency.
• Consolidate multi-tenant Kafka clusters to reduce cost and improve resilience.
• Automate lifecycles using GitOps to minimize toil and pager burden.
• Define HA, backup, and DR standards for Kubernetes workloads.
• Collaborate with FinOps and engineering to optimize performance and cost.
