Hitachi Systems Security Inc. is seeking a Senior Information Security Consultant (GRC/Security Architect) to join the Professional Services team. You will design, assess, and strengthen clients' security strategies and cloud environments, providing high-quality advisory and risk-based guidance for enterprise engagements.

You will lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to Hitachi Cyber’s security practices while collaborating with senior stakeholders and pre-sales teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security consulting or related services.
• Strong background in security architecture, risk management, and control assessments.
• Experience with enterprise environments and complex security ecosystems.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, PCI DSS, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business guidance.
• Experience leading projects and engaging with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead information security consulting engagements, including security assessments, architecture design, cloud security, and policy/process reviews (with a strong focus on PCI).
• Assess clients’ security posture, identify risks and gaps, and recommend practical remediation strategies.
• Design security architectures aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI.
• Act as a subject matter expert across security domains including network security, cloud security, IAM, cryptography, and secure application development.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals and risk tolerance into actionable security requirements.
• Produce clear, well-structured reports and executive-ready deliverables.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including project scoping and proposal development.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hitachi Cyber’s security practices.
