Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a strategic cybersecurity leader to build and guide a global team of technical specialists. You will design services, establish interfaces with IT, and drive program maturity while reporting to the GI Cybersecurity Leader.

You will influence the direction of the GI Cybersecurity program and mentor a diverse group of experts as the organization scales its digital and security capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a global team of SMEs.
• Strong process design and operations experience.
• Sound risk management judgement related to cybersecurity in complex environments.
• Experience directly supporting leadership planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective cybersecurity services to support the business.
• Ensure management awareness of key risks and performance through reporting.
• Support GI Cybersecurity Leader in guiding and maturing the program.
