Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew. You will report to the Indirect Purchasing Manager and drive procurement excellence, build strategic supplier partnerships, and support business growth.

A typical day includes managing RFQs, negotiating favorable terms, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cost-competitive, high-quality materials and services. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in indirect / non-production procurement.
• Fluent English and Polish (written & spoken).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sourcing topics.
• Analytical mindset with strong ownership and ability to prioritize.
• Proactive and communicative team player, working effectively cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions.
• Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business.
• Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
