Job summary

Okta invites seasoned Solutions Engineers to join our growing team in Poland. You will engage customers across the sales journey, deliver live demos, and tailor presentations to business and security needs.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from CxO to IT administrators, focus on Workforce Identity, and design POCs to prove value. Fluency in Polish and English is required, and a passion for helping customers succeed drives you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or knowledge of identity/security concepts and Okta products.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the sales journey with live demos and presentations.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels including CxO, security, developers, and IT administrators.
• Bridge business and technology for diverse audiences.
• Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical counterpart.
• Focus on Okta Workforce Identity solutions and address technical inquiries.
• Design and execute proof of concepts (POCs).
• Develop understanding of Okta product line and protocols.
• Stay curious and grow knowledge in Identity and Security.
• Occasionally participate in local and regional events as speaker or attendee.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
