NECT GmbH in Poland is seeking a Sales Consultant to build and grow our local market presence for digital identity solutions. You will identify new B2B customers, establish relationships, and guide opportunities from first contact to contract.

You are fluent in Polish and English or German, work remotely with flexible hours, and will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and the German sales team to scale our trust services.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology solutions, software, or SaaS.
• Fluent Polish and English or German, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively build up the Polish market for NECT and refine local sales strategy.
• Identify, contact, and acquire new B2B customers for digital identity solutions.
• Develop a sustainable sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing.
• Build a network of customers, partners, and industry contacts.
• Analyze market requirements and competitors to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and the German sales team on go-to-market activities.
• Represent NECT at conferences and industry events to increase local visibility.
