Okta, based in London, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for the UK&I to bridge technical and business needs across the customer lifecycle. Qualifications

• Experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas on the fly.
• Customer-facing experience in consulting, support, or pre-sales.
• Familiarity with identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery of customer requirements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to progress opportunities.
• Manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
• Create and deliver sales presentations and demos for diverse stakeholders.
• Deliver custom demos and assist with customer-led PoCs.
• Identify true technical needs and map solutions accordingly.
• Maintain broad knowledge of the Auth0 product line and related technologies.
• Represent the team at local and regional sales/marketing events.
