Job summary

DCG is seeking a Business Continuity Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of ICT Business Continuity Plans, aligning with the DORA programme and internal guidelines. You will coordinate parallel workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive governance across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in BC frameworks, strong stakeholder collaboration, and fluent English. A focus on documentation, reporting, and lifecycle management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Business Continuity frameworks, processes, or documentation.
• Good understanding of DORA and related financial services regs for ICT BCP/operational resilience.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining project docs, presentations, and reports.
• Strong collaboration across teams and organisational areas.
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into structured processes and frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and delivery management capabilities.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans with dependencies.
• Support ICT BCP framework and templates per guidelines and stakeholder input.
• Develop ICT BCP testing methodology using existing guidelines and internal methods.
• Coordinate with DORA programme to align CIFs, ICT BCP scope, and content.
• Assess workload from DORA deliverables and identify resource needs.
• Engage with DORA reps and stakeholders to surface risks and delays.
• Oversee review and approval of ICT BCPs.
• Assist governance of ICT BCP lifecycle and maintenance.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple teams into clear deliverables.
• Prepare project docs, presentations, and status materials.
