Job summary

DCG seeks a Business Continuity Project Manager to lead ICT Business Continuity Plan development and governance. You will coordinate across teams to deliver 70+ plans, align with DORA requirements, and drive risk-aware delivery and documentation.

You will engage stakeholders, maintain project artifacts, and help mature the BCP framework while ensuring clear reporting and outcomes for our financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Business Continuity frameworks, processes, or documentation.
• Experience with DORA or related regulatory frameworks in Financial Services is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, presentations, reports, and delivery materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams and organizational areas.
• Ability to analyze and consolidate input from different stakeholders into structured processes and frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, including dependency, workload, risk, and delivery management.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans with dependencies to other projects.
• Support development and continuous improvement of ICT BCP framework and templates.
• Develop ICT BCP testing methodology leveraging existing guidelines.
• Align ICT BCP scope with DORA CIFs and internal content requirements.
• Assess workload and resource needs based on DORA deliverables.
• Engage with DORA representatives and stakeholders to identify risks and delays.
• Coordinate review and approval of ICT BCPs.
• Develop ICT BCP governance documentation for lifecycle management.
• Coordinate input from multiple teams to consolidate perspectives into clear deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status materials, and other delivery-related documents.
