Job summary

b2bnetwork in Warszawa Poland is seeking an experienced ICT Business Continuity expert to lead the development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCPs. You will align frameworks with DORA guidelines and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust content and governance across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on documentation, presentation preparation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with FSI regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation.
• Knowledge of DORA and relevant FSI regulations related to ICT BCPs.
• Experience drafting presentations and delivery documents and coordinating inputs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCPs and ensure a steady flow of plans by coordinating dependencies.
• Support creation of ICT BCP framework and templates in line with guidelines and stakeholder input.
• Drive testing methodology for ICT BCPs based on DORA, BCCM&R guidelines and Bank’s methods.
• Collaborate with DORA program to align CIFs ICT BCP content and scope.
• Continually evaluate workload based on DORA deliveries and identify resource needs.
• Engage with DORA representatives to identify potential delays.
• Manage approvals process for ICT BCPs.
• Support governance documentation and lifecycle maintenance for ICT BCPs.

• Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT BCP, ensuring steady flow of plans by managing dependencies to other projects
• Support creation of ICT BCP framework and template according to Bank's guidelines, existing practices and input from key stakeholders
• Drive development of ICT BCPs testing methodology based on existing BCCM&R guidelines and Bank's methodologies
• Work in collaboration with the DORA program to align on CIFs ICT BCPs content and scope
• Continual evaluation of work load based on deliveries from DORA project and identifying resource requirements
• Engage with DORA repepresenatives to ensure identify potential delays
• Manage the process of approvals of ICT BCPs
• Support in development of ICT BCPs governance documentation and lifecycle maintenance

Must-have knowledge and experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing or working with Business Continuity frameworks and documentation
• Good knowledge of DORA and relevant FSI regulations in relation to ICT BCPs
• Hands-on experience for project documentation, preparation of presentation and delivery documents. The role will require collaboration across different teams, and perspectives and rationalizing those inputs will be required
• Good communication skills and ability to develop material, such as processes, procedures, policies or frameworks,
• Preferable to have worked with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery/Operational Resilience in the FSI sector.
