Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Business Continuity Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of ICT Business Continuity Plans. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive governance and testing activities to ensure resilient ICT operations.

The role requires 3+ years in BC frameworks, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent English communication. We offer private medical care and dedicated consulting support as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Business Continuity frameworks, processes, or documentation.
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks like DORA and ICT resilience.
• Experience in preparing governance materials, reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of 70+ ICT Business Continuity Plans, ensuring steady delivery and aligned dependencies.
• Support development and improvement of ICT BCP framework and templates per guidelines and stakeholder input.
• Drive ICT BCP testing methodology leveraging existing guidelines and internal methodologies.
• Collaborate with the DORA programme to ensure CIFs, BCP scope, and content alignment.
• Assess workload and identify resource needs based on DORA programme outputs.
• Engage with DORA representatives and stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and delays.
• Coordinate review and approval of ICT BCPs.
• Develop ICT BCP governance documentation and lifecycle management processes.
• Coordinate input from multiple teams to consolidate requirements into clear deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, status materials, and other delivery-related content.
