Job summary

DCG is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to support ICT disruption scenario definition and BCP framework development. You will plan workshops, consolidate inputs from diverse teams and track follow-up actions, ensuring alignment with DORA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Good understanding of DORA and ICT BC regulatory requirements.
• Experience creating BCM documentation, templates and frameworks.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience, BC and Crisis Management processes.
• Hands-on with project documentation, presentations and delivery materials.
• Ability to gather input from multiple stakeholders and structure procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios linked to CIFs.
• Assist in ICT Business Continuity Planning framework development.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to develop ICT BCPs.
• Collect, structure and consolidate input from teams and stakeholders.
• Track actions and decisions from workshops and meetings.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and report to Delivery Lead.
• Collaborate with the DORA programme on ICT BCP scope/content.
• Prepare project documentation and supporting materials.
• Support continuous improvement of BC and Operational Resilience processes.
