Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to support ICT disruption scenario development and to help build the ICT Business Continuity Planning framework. You will work with multiple stakeholders to collect input and ensure alignment with DORA requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Business Continuity, strong documentation and facilitation skills, and fluent English. The role offers private medical care, sport card co-financing, and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or related field.
• Understanding of ICT BCP frameworks and related documentation.
• Knowledge of DORA and financial services regulations relevant to ICT continuity.
• Familiarity with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management processes.
• Experience gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and translating into structured processes and policies.
• Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios and link scenarios to CIFs.
• Assist in developing ICT Business Continuity Planning framework and templates.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
• Collect, structure and consolidate input from different teams and stakeholders.
• Track actions and decisions from workshops and meetings.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and provide updates to Delivery Lead.
• Collaborate with the DORA programme to align ICT BCP scopes for CIFs.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience processes.
