EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant for Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM). You will provide technical guidance and advisory support to clients, working in an international team to strengthen cybersecurity posture and architectural resilience.

Key responsibilities include assessing IAM implementations, aligning with standards, and driving process optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on IAM design and implementation experience in enterprises.
• Saviynt EIC expertise including lifecycle management and RBAC.
• Strong communication and client-facing experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess IAM implementations for correctness, security, and performance.
• Ensure solutions align with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IAM configuration and maintenance.
• Design and implement solutions to improve identity governance and access management.
• Cross-train team members and share knowledge.
• Research trends and influence cybersecurity strategy.
• Create prototypes and PoCs for new modules.
