Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management Manager in Katowice. You will lead PAM programs, defining roadmaps and governance while coordinating distributed teams across global environments.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and extensive PAM experience with major platforms, in a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite/3 days remote) within Poland.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity and Privileged Access Management experience, incl. 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing PAM projects from initiation to operations.
• Hands‑on with leading PAM platforms: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea Secret Server.

Responsibilities

• Define PAM strategy, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Lead PAM assessments, maturity reviews, and workshop sessions.
• Design and implement PAM solutions based on CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea Secret Server.
• Drive privileged access governance and adoption of processes.
