Qualifikationen

• Advanced German (C1) and English (B2-C1) proficiency.
• Experience in Collections, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Customer Service.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer accounts receivable by monitoring open items and following up on overdue payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, including differences and reconciliations.
• Manage customer disputes and maintain strong customer relationships across Sales and Technical teams.
• Support credit management activities by maintaining credit data and supporting assessments.
• Ensure accurate reporting and process execution, including SAP/FSCM and TIS/F110 processes.
• Drive continuous improvement as an I2C Accountant by mentoring junior team members and improving AR processes.
