Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems or similar degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or DevOps roles.
• Experience with Power Apps.
• Scripting with PowerShell and Python.
• Experience across Windows, Linux, Backup, Storage, and Network environments.
• Cloud experience: VMware, Azure, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools: ServiceNow Event Management, Splunk, SolarWinds, SCOM.
• ITIL-based operational processes familiar.
• Experience with auto-remediation and self-healing infrastructure.
• Experience with Morpheus, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Automation Engineering: design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and tools (Morpheus, Ansible, PowerShell, Power Automate, Python, Terraform).
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop automated provisioning, configuration, compliance, and remediation capabilities.
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and automation standards.
• Automation Operations Support and Event Monitoring: automate activities and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to improve service reliability and operational consistency.
• Develop and maintain automated event monitoring and remediation integrations.
• Analyze issues and recurring incidents to identify automation opportunities.
• Improve operational processes through standardization and automation.
• Contribute to resilience, availability and recovery readiness objectives.
• Measure and report on automation outcomes and improvements.
• Document automation processes and standards; ensure security and audit alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Support project delivery and operational priorities.
