Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5-10 yrs experience, preferably in Electrical & Electronics.
• Proven experience in technical roles (engineering, technical support, solution design) with exposure to sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, distribution networks, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirement specification for products in the Distribution Automation portfolio.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, proof of concepts, and homologation for new products and solutions.
• Develop templates for different application topologies and build tested, validated kits and packages.
• Analyze customer pain points and deliver specific technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations and product documentation.
• Support sales teams by providing technical expertise during engagements and proposals.
