Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an HR Transition Specialist to drive improvements in HR and Talent processes through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Process Strategy Leads, Client and operational teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver measurable impact on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or process excellence.
• Proven experience in process optimisation within complex organisations.
• Strong data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, metrics).
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on process improvement and HR business process analytics.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of HR datasets (queries, interactions, transactions, content).
• Identify trends, patterns, and drivers of process performance.
• Translate insights into clear business recommendations and presentations.
• Analyse employee feedback, surveys, and sentiment data.
• Support decision-making through structured insights and reporting.
• Work with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Improve data collection, reduce manual work, and leverage automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.
