PwC Polska is seeking an HC Business Partner for the MSO Team to shape and execute people strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders. You will advise on policies and programmes to meet current and future objectives while aligning with firmwide direction.

• Experience as an HR business partner or similar role.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and implement processes.
• Strong data analysis skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational HR support and guidance to Team Leaders.
• Coordinate leadership development and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with Controlling on forecasts and headcount data.
• Advise on HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
• Manage onboarding, evaluations, promotions, and offboarding.
• Prepare reports and analyses for Human Capital projects.
• Support HR onboarding and development for new Managed Services teams.
• Conduct HR data analysis on salaries and benefits.
