Addepto, part of the KMS Technology group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead Europe growth. You’ll join the Inbound Marketing team in Poland and own visibility and demand generation across European markets. We welcome Mid and Senior levels, with collaboration across Poland, the US, Vietnam, and beyond.

This hands-on, high-impact role involves coordinating events in Europe, building campaigns, optimizing AI-driven search, and partnering with US teams to adapt best practices for Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing (3–4 years) incl. events or campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills across time zones.
• Interest in inbound marketing, SEO, and AI search trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in Poland; able to collaborate internationally.
• Nice to have: German language skills.

Aufgaben

• Event coordination across Europe from selection to on-site execution and follow-up.
• Design and run campaigns tailored to European audiences; adapt messaging and channels.
• Inbound support focusing on AI-driven search and content optimization.
