Job summary

iSpeedToLead seeks a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own paid acquisition as one connected system—channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement.

You will drive profitable growth in qualified seller leads, not just cheaper clicks, and collaborate with creative and development teams to test offers and landing pages, integrating with CRM and optimizing attribution.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ownership of Google and Meta campaigns.
• Experience US lead-generation; home services, mortgage or lead marketplaces a plus.
• Evidence of improving lead quality and business economics beyond CPL and ROAS.
• Experience improving creative, landing pages and conversion flows with designers and developers.
• Fast learning and independent execution, comfortable with AI and automation; aware of platform policy and privacy constraints.
• Clear professional English and genuine end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale Google and Meta campaigns; develop TikTok; evaluate X and ChatGPT Ads with a credible business case.
• Allocate budget across channels, markets and audiences based on lead quality and outcomes.
• Translate seller insights into offers, creative briefs and landing-page tests with our partners.
• Connect campaign data to CRM and downstream outcomes and improve attribution.
• Build a clear testing and reporting rhythm, and drive solutions independently.
