Job summary

Sun Store SA is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across European markets, focusing on profitable growth for the solar marketplace. You will manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple countries and languages, with Meta Ads supporting acquisition and retargeting.

The role blends hands-on campaign execution with strategic ownership, optimizing CAC, payback periods and long-term customer value. A hybrid setup and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on Google Ads across multi-country accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads across European markets including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Manage Meta Ads for acquisition and retargeting across installers, distributors and other segments.
• Build brand awareness and position sun.store as the go-to European solar marketplace.
• Acquire customers on both buyers and suppliers sides of the marketplace.
• Define meaningful conversion events and align ad platforms with CRM and offline data.
• Own budget allocation, CAC, LTV and payback tracking to scale profitable campaigns.
• Manage tracking: GTM, GA4, Meta Conversions API, enhanced conversions and server-side tracking.
• Run experiments to learn and improve; document findings for knowledge sharing.
• Apply AI tools to automate reporting and campaign management.
