The role requires 2–3 years in marketing analytics, proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau, and strong communication skills. Flexible remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or Data Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of market research, consumer behavior and trend monitoring.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and deriving insights.
• Ability to develop metrics, automated reports, and data models with cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Monitor market and aviation trends and compare with internal data.
• Forecast marketing trends and highlight opportunities for campaigns and partnerships.
• Analyze marketing and loyalty data, measure campaign impact, and prepare reports.
• Develop metrics to assess effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications.
• Identify customer behaviours and factors influencing trust and brand choice in the sector.
• Provide recommendations to marketing and sales to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate on automated reporting and new data models with the team.
