Job summary

Tylko, based in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own the brand’s visual output across marketing channels. You’ll work with the Brand Marketing team to elevate creativity, craft, and consistency across digital campaigns and product launches.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, delivering standout visuals, motion assets, and multi-channel design that aligns with our evolving brand language.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio in digital marketing and multi-channel creative work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Fluent in English; Polish a plus.
• Available to work from Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end design process for marketing channels from idea to delivery.
• Design high-performing ads for Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Produce assets for website, newsletters, and organic social channels using photos, video, and 3D content.
• Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches with the Creative Director.
• Champion Tylko's visual language and keep it sharp and evolving.

Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of Tylko's visual output across marketing channels - someone who brings both craft and creative confidence to every brief.

About The Brand Marketing Team

We're a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko's channels. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on.

About The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the Brand Marketing team - taking briefs from concept to delivery, raising the bar on quality, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Designer and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce, with real ownership over how Tylko shows up visually across digital channels.

What You'll Do

• Create the end-to-end design process for Tylko's marketing channels - from ideation through to delivery - with a focus on quality and on-brand consistency
• Design high-performing ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what works where and why
• Create compelling assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using photos, video, and 3D content from our internal creative team and external collaborators
• Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards across all outputs
• Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches alongside the Creative Director
• Champion Tylko's visual language - keeping it sharp, consistent, and evolving

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and multi-channel creative work
• Solid understanding of paid and owned channel design - including ad specs, platform constraints, and what drives performance
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma
• Competent motion graphics and video editing skills
• A proactive mindset: you bring ideas, take initiative, and adapt quickly when priorities shift
• Fluent English (Polish is a plus)
• Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week

• Experience with a lifestyle brand or e-commerce environment
• Hands‑on involvement in full creative process: from brief and brainstorm through to final delivery
