Job summary

Tylko is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to spearhead our influencer partnerships and elevate our brand presence in furniture and home decor. You will drive collaborations, foster relationships with influencers, and help boost engagement and sales while joining a dynamic brand marketing team.

Based in our Warsaw office, you will manage discovery, negotiations, and content planning with a focus on data-driven optimization and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Join our furniture brand as an Influencer Marketing Specialist, where you will spearhead our influencer partnerships to elevate our brand presence in the furniture and home decor space. In this role, you will focus on fostering and managing collaborations with influencers, driving engagement, and ultimately increasing sales. You will be an integral part of our dynamic brand marketing team, contributing your expertise in influencer relationship management to achieve our business objectives.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in tools and platforms for influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance tracking

• Fluent Polish and English (C1)
