Job summary

Tylko, based in Warsaw, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own visual output across marketing channels. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, Digital Designer, and cross-functional teams to elevate the brand across digital touchpoints.

Bring 4-5 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio and a habit of delivering multi-channel creative work. The role requires Polish and English proficiency and a willingness to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and multi-channel creative work.
• Solid understanding of paid and owned channel design - including ad specs, platform constraints, and what drives performance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
• Competent motion graphics and video editing skills.
• A proactive mindset: you bring ideas, take initiative, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• Good written and spoken Polish and English - our primary working languages.
• Available to work from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.
• Nice to Have: Experience with a lifestyle brand or e-commerce environment.
• Nice to Have: Hands-on involvement in full creative process: from brief and brainstorm through to final delivery.
• Nice to Have: Curiosity about AI tools and how they can enhance creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create the end-to-end design process for Tylko's marketing channels - from ideation through to delivery - with a focus on quality and on-brand consistency.
• Design high-performing ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of what works where and why.
• Create compelling assets for the website, newsletters, and organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using photos, video, and 3D content from our internal creative team and external collaborators.
• Adapt and format master creatives for different platforms and European markets, maintaining quality standards across all outputs.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and new product launches alongside the Creative Director.
• Champion Tylko's visual language - keeping it sharp, consistent, and evolving.

Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of Tylko's visual output across marketing channels - someone who brings both craft and creative confidence to every brief.

About the Brand Marketing Team

We're a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko's channels. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will join the Brand Marketing team - taking briefs from concept to delivery, raising the bar on quality, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Digital Designer and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce, with real ownership over how Tylko shows up visually across digital channels.
