Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a senior Google Ads strategist to own end-to-end campaigns for our 50 DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, presenting the plan, updates, and results with clear rationale.

Own the entire funnel—from feed and Merchant Center to Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. You’ll audit accounts, defend attribution choices, and build assets that unlock growth across campaigns and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend and demonstrable results.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue impact and what changed to move them.
• Comfort building and defending attribution models and holdout tests.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC/eCommerce Google Ads accounts end-to-end.
• Directly communicate with clients, present plans, updates, and results.
• Audit accounts before touching them and document findings for the client.
• Build and ship landing pages or assets to support campaigns when needed.
• Maintain control of the feed, tracking, and platform integrations.
