Formula (formerly Fjor) is seeking a Google Ads specialist to own end-to-end campaigns (GDN, Demand Gen, and Search) for a high-spend e-commerce setup. You will scale spend, craft tests, and build automation to run with minimal friction.

This hands-on role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving team that ships quickly, uses AI tools daily, and values independent testing and data-driven decisions. Remote-friendly, CET-aligned, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management at scale (Search, GDN, Demand Gen)
• Proven ability to manage $500k+/month in Google spend and optimize for CPS, ROAS, LTV
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Google Ads Scripts for automation
• Active daily use of AI/LLM tools in workflow
• Strong analytical thinking with dashboards and data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of Russian language

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Google Ads (GDN, Demand Gen, plus Search) while hitting CPS and ROAS targets
• Run weekly creative testing cycles: launch new assets, scale winners, kill underperformers
• Crack unsolved problems: optimize Demand Gen and GDN audiences with data
• Build automation: semi-automated uploads, Slack-driven commands, rules-based management
• Collaborate with creative, growth, and analytics teams to tie ad performance to business outcomes
