Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Senior Global Trial Manager for its Single Sponsor Department. You will lead late-phase trials globally, coordinating across functions to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards while navigating multiple pathways such as SRC, NIS, MAP, IITs and RCs.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree and at least 5 years’ global trial experience, with strong stakeholder management and regulatory documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience planning, executing and reporting global clinical trials in pharma or CRO.
• Experience managing Real World Evidence (RWE) or global late-phase studies is preferred.
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional matrix teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee Medical Affairs activities from setup to closure.
• Act as operational point of contact for assigned work and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain study, program, submission and regulatory documents.
• Monitor budgets and resources, including forecasts for investigational products.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations and ensure quality and compliance.
